Job summary

A leading service provider in the UAE is seeking a skilled GRP Technician in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include preparing moulds and performing GRP laminating, following technical specifications, and maintaining a safe work environment. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years GCC experience in GRP fabrication, knowledge of various resins, and proficiency in using hand and power tools. • Skilled in hand & power tools with GRP fabrication.
• Knowledge of polyester epoxy and vinyl ester resins.
• Ability to read technical drawings with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of chemical safety and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare moulds and perform GRP laminating (resins matting gelcoat).
• Cut shape repair and finish GRP components as per specifications.
• Follow drawings templates and ensure proper curing and inspection.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to HSE standards.
