Job Description

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap execution and innovation, ensuring alignment with business and market needs.
• Expertise in product development, digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with IoT hardware vendors, cloud providers, and industrial automation companies.
• Extensive experience in go-to-market strategies, pre-sales support, and solution consulting.
• Engage with clients, industry leaders, and regulatory bodies to align product offerings with market demands.
• Define product positioning, pricing, and commercialization strategies, while supporting pre‑sales and solution consulting.
• Work with engineering, R&D, and software development teams to ensure product execution.
• Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and data governance, aligning with industrial standards.
• Oversee the integration of IoT & Industry 4.0 solutions with AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT systems.
• Represent the company in technical discussions, industry forums, and vendor collaborations, driving advanced technology innovation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Product Management, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Data Analytics are preferred.
• PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in developing, launching, and scaling digital products.
• Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from concept to go-to-market execution.
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience in user research, market analysis, competitive positioning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong expertise in SaaS, cloud computing, automation, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
• Experience in partnership management, vendor selection, and ecosystem collaborations.
• Familiarity with compliance, data privacy regulations, and security best practices.

• Proven leadership in IoT product strategy, roadmap execution, and business-driven innovation.
• Ability to drive and develop cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and sales.
• Strong stakeholder management, effectively engaging C-level executives, partners, and key industry players.

• Data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to optimize product success.
• Problem-solving mindset, adept at addressing scalability, security, and performance challenges.
• Strong understanding of cloud, AI, automation, Industry 4.0 or IoT technologies is an advantage.
