Job summary
A pioneering healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a compassionate Junior Phlebotomist to join their multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on performing high-quality blood sample collections while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Key responsibilities include adhering to best practices in specimen collection, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a DHA license and relevant qualifications in Phlebotomy. The position offers a chance to contribute to innovative diabetes care in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a Phlebotomist is mandatory.
- Experience as a phlebotomist in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of biosafety hygiene and patient privacy standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures accurately.
- Greet patients, verify identity, and explain procedures.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and documentation of specimens.
