A Property Consultant plays a crucial role in the real estate industry, acting as a liaison between the property owners and potential buyers or tenants. Property Consultants must possess extensive knowledge of real estate markets, property values, legal requirements, and the latest market trends. • Maintain a portfolio of available properties and update listings consistently.

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for property transactions and client meetings.
• Participate in industry events and training to enhance knowledge and network.

• Liaise with property developers and government bodies to facilitate transactions.

• Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth understanding of the real estate market and property management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
• Familiarity with property management software and MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
• Valid real estate license is required to practice as a Property Consultant.
