Role Overview
As the Product Manager for our product lines, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle—from vision and strategy to launch and growth. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging AI tools to design exceptional products, craft data‑backed roadmaps, and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning – Develop and maintain a clear product vision, long‑term strategy, and targets for the product line. Prioritize initiatives that maximize customer and business value.
- AI‑Centric Product Design – Use AI‑based tools to ideate, prototype, and optimize product experiences. Champion experimentation to validate concepts quickly.
- Go‑to‑Market & Growth – Manage all marketing channels (paid, organic) to drive acquisition and retention.
- Customer Support Excellence – Define KPIs for support quality; partner with Support teams to uphold SLAs and improve customer experience. Implement feedback loops to translate support insights into product improvements.
- Roadmap Execution – Translate strategy into an actionable roadmap; coordinate tech developer through delivery. Track progress in Jira/Notion and remove obstacles to hit milestones.
- Research & Discovery – Conduct qualitative user interviews and quantitative market analyses to uncover needs and trends. Synthesize findings into actionable insights and feature proposals.
- Data‑Driven Decision‑Making – Analyze product metrics in Metabase, Tableau, or SQL to guide prioritization and measure impact. Present clear, data‑backed recommendations to leadership.
- Stakeholder Management – Align stakeholders around shared goals. Communicate progress, risks, and learnings through concise updates and demos.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of product‑management experience.
- Product Tools: Proficiency with Jira (roadmapping, backlog) and Notion (documentation, knowledge management).
- Product Design Fundamentals: Ability to translate user problems into intuitive, delightful solutions.
- AI Mindset: Enthusiasm for learning and applying emerging AI technologies to solve customer problems.
- Analytics: Hands‑on experience with Metabase, Tableau, and SQL for exploratory analysis and dashboarding.
- Data‑Driven: Comfortable forming hypotheses, running experiments, and making decisions grounded in data.
- Results Orientation: Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes against ambitious goals.
