We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Telesales) to support our Dubai operations for a next-generation recruitment platform serving businesses across the GCC and Asia. This work-from-home role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to begin a career in sales and business development within the recruitment and HR technology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce recruitment solutions
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Understand client hiring needs and clearly explain service offerings
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers across the GCC region
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
  • Native or fluent Arabic speakers with strong English communication skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic about building a career in sales and business development
  • Comfortable with telesales and outbound calling
  • Self-disciplined and able to work effectively in a work-from-home setup
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Candidates on husbands or fathers visa will be given preference
  • Candidates residing in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) or Fujairah preferred
