Uppearance Marketing Agency, based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position for professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print media
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and messaging
• Contribute to creative direction and project execution
• Support marketing campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Working hours:

• 8 online working hours including a 30-minute lunch break (9 am to 5 pm UAE time)

Team:

• Collaborate with a team of 10 members

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or other video editing software is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in both print and digital platforms
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English is essential
• Fluency in Arabic is required
• Friendly, relaxed, and collaborative working environment

Trial Period:

• The first month will be a trial/training period
• Skills will be assessed over a total of 3 months
