The Immigration Specialist typically brings 35 years of experience in a similar role with handson expertise in researching and preparing visa applications for one or more countries. This role is responsible for managing endtoend immigration processes ensuring compliance and providing support to clients and employees throughout their mobility journey.

• Prepare draft and file immigration petitions applications and supporting documents (e.g. work visas green cards naturalization paperwork).
• Collect relevant information and documentation from clients clearly explain procedural steps and provide regular updates on case status.
• Track deadlines maintain case files and ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
• Research immigration laws policies and regulations to support case strategy.
• Communicate with government agencies (e.g. USCIS NVC consulates) to follow up on cases and resolve issues.
• Draft cover letters affidavits declarations and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate and schedule calls consultations and interviews.
• Ensure and maintain immigration compliance in assigned countries adhering to relevant laws operational procedures and RACI guidelines.
• Assess righttowork requirements for Employees of Record (EORs).
• Handle administrative tasks related to immigration including preparing and submitting applications to local authorities.
• Liaise with local providers to complete immigration assessments.
• Audit maintain and update internal and external mobilityrelated documentation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Provide timely support to EORs and clients for all mobilityrelated questions via available communication channels.
• Oversee the entire employment lifecycle for nonnational employees including onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of mobility operations in assigned countries.
