Ensure safe operation and maintenance of main engine, auxiliaries, and tanker-specific systems (Cargo pumps, IGS, COW, tank cleaning)
Lead and supervise engine officers and ratings
Monitor fuel consumption, PMS, and engine performance
Ensure compliance with ISM, MARPOL, SOLAS, and Company SMS
Prevent pollution and maintain Oil Record Book
Coordinate inspections, repairs, and dry-dock activities
