The Role

The primary responsibility is to support the crane maintenance operations on the client platforms as per EnerMech processes and procedures and demonstrate safety leadership and continuous development in all aspects of crane, lifting and support service activities.

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

1. Supervision of the performance of all EnerMech Crane Operator Maintainers, Maintainers, Lifting AP, Crane Foreman and Riggers.
2. Supervision of the performance of site maintenance, repair work and ad-hoc work carried out on lifting equipment.
3. Execution of all maintenance work for Lifting Equipment on client platforms.
4. Issue a daily report to client.
5. Reporting to client Representatives regarding status of planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdowns, equipment spare parts and work performance.
6. Liaise with Project Engineer and provide Scopes of Work for all Major Maintenance on client.
7. Liaise directly with EnerMech's representative for technical support/review of lifting plans/risk assessments and equipment status reports.
8. Generating SAP Work Requests, Work Orders, Material requests etc.
9. Liaise with client representative regarding requirement for crane spare parts, work performed plus breakdown problems, etc.
10. Documenting all preventive maintenance and corrective work orders.
11. Maintaining crane records in SAP appropriately in accordance with client requirements.
12. Carrying out daily toolbox safety talks as and when required.
13. Prepare with Lifting AP lifting plans and risk assessments for routine and up to non-routine complicated crane lifting operations for approval.
14. Liaise with EnerMech's Lifting AP to ensure that deck-lifting operations are adequately planned.
15. Conduct frequent Group Safety Meetings to review and discuss relevant safety-related issues to EnerMech's personnel.
16. Carry out weekly job and safety audits at site on personnel and work locations.
17. Carry out Appraisals for all personnel directly assigned to the contract under their supervision.

Essential:

1. Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an offshore Supervisory role.
2. Mechanical/Electrical/Hydraulic background with supporting certification.

Preferred:

1. Shall have LEEA-UK "Entry Exam" and 4 day Appointed Person course.
