We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and manage our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and exceed performance targets.
  
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  
• Provide support and guidance to team members in negotiations, deal structuring, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents. Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in deal structuring.
  
• Deep understanding of the real estate market, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive team success.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively guide team members and interact with clients.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support agents in overcoming challenges.
  
• Experience in conducting training sessions and professional development for sales teams.
