Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for our Homecare Doctor services. This role plays a crucial part in delivering highquality personalized healthcare support to patients in a home setting. As a Caregiver you will ensure that patients receive the necessary medical care attention and support they need to remain comfortable and healthy in their own homes.

• Assist the Homecare Doctor with patient assessments and followup visits
• Support patients with their daily living needs such as bathing dressing and meal preparation
• Monitor patients health status and report any concerns to the Homecare Doctor
• Administer prescribed medications and ensure compliance with the treatment plan
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and interactions
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients adhering to health standards
• Collaborate with the Homecare Doctor and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

• Previous experience as a caregiver particularly in a homecare or healthcare setting
• Educational background in nursing healthcare or related fields is advantageous
• Strong communication and empathy skills to support patients and families
• Ability to follow detailed care instructions and adapt to dynamic patient needs
• Critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions effectively
• Dependable and organized with a strong commitment to patient care quality
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary
