As an A/V Technician you will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining audiovisual equipment for various events and presentations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless audiovisual experiences for our clients and audiences.
Set up operate and troubleshoot audio video and lighting equipment for live events conferences and corporate presentations
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on A/V equipment to ensure optimal performance
Manage cable installations and connections for various A/V systems
Operate sound mixing consoles and lighting control systems
Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand and meet their A/V requirements
Provide technical support and guidance to presenters and speakers
Stay updated on the latest A/V technologies and implement new solutions as needed
Maintain accurate inventory of A/V equipment and supplies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in A/V operations
Qualifications :
2 years of experience in A/V technology and live event production
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting various audio and video equipment
Strong knowledge of digital audio/video systems and presentation software
Excellent cable management and organization skills
Experience with sound mixing and lighting control
Associates degree in Audio/Video Technology or related field (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and analytical problemsolving skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
