Job summary
A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Groups, Conference and Events Executive to oversee group bookings and coordinate events at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah. This role ensures exceptional client service and manages all logistics for successful meetings and conferences. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, strong organizational skills, and experience in a luxury hotel environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This position will require flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in groups, conferences, or events coordination within a luxury hotel.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage group enquiries and coordinate event logistics.
- Respond promptly to inquiries related to group bookings.
