Description

1. Develop and enhance a digital assurance framework for blockchain analytics, cybersecurity, and market supervision.
2. Build and maintain a knowledge base of Web3 security and analytics policies to support regulatory activities.
3. Drive the digital technology and analytics roadmap in collaboration with external partners and providers.
4. Oversee blockchain analytics operations to support licensing, supervision, and enforcement teams.
5. Conduct technical analysis to support investigations and token issuance reviews.
6. Provide subject matter expertise to improve licensing assessments and risk models for virtual asset service providers.

Profile

1. Proven experience in blockchain analytics, cybersecurity, or digital assurance within regulatory or financial sectors.
2. Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, tokenomics, and virtual asset ecosystems.
3. Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
4. Experience developing or contributing to regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies.
5. Skilled in technical analysis, market surveillance, and investigative support.
6. Excellent communication and training capabilities to support internal capability building.
