Heres your chance to work as a Partner Instructor within an organization which has high visibility and significant customer impact. The successful candidate is an experienced sales & technology instructor ideally with hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services and/or in-depth knowledge of distributed computing concepts and technologies (i.e. Cloud).

In this role you will deliver training content to AWS partner organizations to help drive adoption and usage of AWS infrastructure services. Youll have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive customer relationships. You will have excellent communication skills as well as proven technology and business training experience.

Key job responsibilities

• Designing developing delivering and maintaining high-quality and relevant training content and supporting collateral to meet the needs of technical audiences customers partners and employees.
• Rapidly learning new technical concepts courses products as required.
• Supporting timely updates revisions and improvements of existing courses & materials. Playing a strategic role in integrating new product releases concepts and instructor/customer feedback into existing courseware.
• Acting as subject matter experts for the broader training team with regard to technical topics or content.
• Acting as technical liaison to key internal and external partners which may include vendors Amazon development and product teams customers etc.
• Work with Partner Enablement Managers to develop detailed training plans for technical staff and may act as long-term liaison to partners with regard to technical training and certification programs.
• Manages delivery of moderately complex training programs/projects of medium to large scale complex in nature from initiation through delivery.
• Remaining customer obsessed and providing the best possible training experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in either Computer Science Mathematics Information Technology (IT) services
• Strong experience in technical training cloud computing or partner enablement.
• Strong background in AWS services
• Ability to deliver engaging training sessions virtually and in-person and expertise in digital learning platforms and self-paced training systems.
• Strong communication skills for both business and technical audiences and ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
• Recent experience in a fast-paced technology company
• Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services highly desired
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• AWS Certified/AWS Solutions Architect Associate
• Ability to travel throughout EMEA. Travel up to 70%
