Job summary
A healthcare recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi seeks a qualified medical doctor to conduct thorough exams, manage illnesses, and treat patients. The ideal candidate will have a valid HAAD/DOH license and at least 2-4 years of clinical experience in the UAE. This role involves diagnosing a wide range of conditions, prescribing therapies, and coordinating care for patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Abu Dhabi Health Authority (HAAD) / Department of Health (DOH) medical license.
- Clinical experience, typically 2 to 4 years in UAE.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical exams and medical histories.
- Manage clinic illness and home care setting.
- Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging).
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Prepare plans for home care patients.
- Provide preventive care and lifestyle counseling.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary follow-up care.
- Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and current patient records.
Education
- Conduct thorough physical exams and medical histories.
- Managing Clinic illness and home care setting.
- Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging).
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Well competent in preparing plans for the home care patient.
- Provide preventive care and lifestyle counseling.
- Depend on if applicable to specialists and coordinate multidisciplinary follow up care.
- Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and current patient records.
- Medical degree (e.g., MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Completion of residency training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice.
- Valid Abu Dhabi Health Authority (HAAD) / Department of Health (DOH) medical license.
- Clinical experience, typically 2 to 4 years in UAE.
