Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction or MEP projects

Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems

Experience in design review, site execution, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors

Familiarity with local regulations and authority approvals (e.g., DM, DCD)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical calculation tools

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
