AC Technician

Qualifications
- Documented training in engineering is required.
- 2+ years experience in hotel engineering department.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair of A/C & Refrigeration systems.
- Attend to guest complaints and ensure a clean workplace.
Skills
Education
- Carry out preventive maintenance repair of all types of A/C & Refrigeration work according to the standards and requirements.
- Take immediate measures as necessary during emergencies in repair works.
- Perform daily inspection of building services and equipment as per the standards and requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment and perform engineering housekeeping work.
- Update daily maintenance log, complete the work order forms, and keep the workplace clean, tidy, and well organized.
- Attend to complaints from hotel guests and other departments.
- Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.
Qualifications:
- Having an appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational qualification in engineering.
- At least two years operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with Heartist management and guests.
