The role requires a diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and at least 3 to 5 years of experience, particularly in the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AC maintenance, especially in the oil & gas sector.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Install and set up air conditioning units ducting and related systems.
• Conduct initial testing and ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Handle refrigerant charging and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Ensure optimal performance of AC systems to meet environmental and project demands.
• Suggest system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and site-specific regulations.
• Use proper PPE and follow HSE standards during all tasks.
• Maintain records of repairs installations and inspections.
• Prepare maintenance reports and submit to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers on-site for system integration.
• Provide technical support to resolve site-related issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in AC maintenance especially in the oil & gas sector.
