• Maintain and update talent pipelines for multiple roles.

• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and timelines

• Manage candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
