Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ experience in yacht crewing, maritime HR, or recruitment coordination.
• Knowledge of MLC 2006 and basic flag state requirements.
• Experience with yacht crew recruitment and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for yacht crew.
• Prepare seafarer employment agreements in line with MLC 2006.
• Ensure crew documentation and medicals remain valid and compliant.
• Act as a point of contact for crew HR-related queries.
