Job summary
A luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are clean and comfortable, creating memorable experiences. You will be responsible for cleaning assigned guestrooms, personalizing guest experiences, and ensuring guest privacy while delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel in the UAE, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel, preferably a resort in the UAE.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work in a busy schedule.
Responsibilities
- Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard.
- Initiate personalized experience for guests.
- Maintain guests' privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service.

- Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
- Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
- Should have min. 1 year of experience in similar role for 5 Star Hotel preferably Resort in UAE
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a busy work schedule.
