Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a front desk agent in a 5* property.
• Front Office computer literacy is required.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
• Promote hotel facilities and enhance guest experience through up-selling.
• Check in and check out guests in the CID system per local requirements.
• Monitor and correct discrepancies in PMS and CID system reconciliation.
• Maintain structured filing system as per audit procedures.
