Job summary
A healthcare recruitment agency is seeking Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Staff Nurses to relocate to Dubai. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Experience in PICU and a Dubai license are preferred.

Dataflow to Dubai is a must.

- Operate and maintain advanced life-support equipment, such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient care and progress.
- Respond to medical emergencies and perform advanced life support procedures.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of pediatric patients.
- Be proficient in using specialized pediatric equipment and techniques.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Make quick and informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
