Resumo da oferta
A leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to safety standards. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, possess a DOH/DHA license or eligibility, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. This is a permanent position based in Abu Dhabi.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- With a DOH/DHA license or DOH/DHA Eligibility.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Hospital / Homecare / Medical Center as a Nurse or fresh graduate.
Responsabilidades
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records according to regulations.
- Educate patients about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing education.
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in interactions.
