We are seeking an experienced and analytical Strategy and Planning professional to drive business planning, strategic initiatives, and decision-making. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in management consulting (minimum 3-5 years at a leading consulting firms firms) and ideally, experience within the ridesharing or mobility sector.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Lead the development of the company’s long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and market opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities and define strategic priorities to achieve operational excellence, market expansion, and financial performance targets.
- Build actionable roadmaps to translate high-level strategies into measurable objectives and outcomes.
Business Insights and Decision Support
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance data to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Conduct deep dives into critical business challenges, presenting data-driven solutions and recommendations.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments to support sustainable growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance to align strategies and drive execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing guidance on key decisions and trade-offs.
- Facilitate and lead cross-departmental strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability.
Special Projects
- Lead high-impact special projects, including market entry strategies, pricing optimization, and organizational redesigns.
- Manage pilot programs and experiments to validate assumptions and inform long-term strategies.
Metrics and Performance Management
- Define and monitor KPIs to track the success of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize impact.
- Partner with analytics teams to ensure access to the right data and tools for effective decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm with exposure to growth strategy, operational improvement, or digital transformation.
- Industry experience in ridesharing, mobility, or technology is a strong advantage.
