Senior Clinical Resource Nurse - PICU & NICU Leadership
Job summary
A prominent healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse for its PICU/NICU units. The role focuses on providing clinical leadership, mentoring nursing staff, and supporting quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional standards of pediatric and neonatal care. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in clinical roles, with at least 7 to 8 years in leadership, along with necessary nursing certifications. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact in nurturing young patients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience in nursing.
- 7 to 8 years in leadership roles within PICU/NICU.
- BLS, PALS and NRP certification as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership in PICU and NICU units.
- Mentor and support nursing staff.
- Ensure quality initiatives and high standards of care.
