We are currently in search of a talented Orthodontist to join our growing team. As an Orthodontist, you will play a critical role in enhancing our patients' smiles and overall dental health.

Role Summary The Orthodontist will be responsible for diagnosing dental and facial irregularities, planning and implementing treatment strategies, and providing patient education to ensure optimal care throughout their orthodontic journey. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies and a committed team.

• Evaluate and diagnose patients' orthodontic needs through comprehensive examinations
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals
• Apply and manage various orthodontic devices, including braces and clear aligners
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment progress for optimal results
• Educate patients on their treatment plans and effective oral care techniques
• Collaborate with dental staff and specialists to provide holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Engage in continuous professional growth and education in orthodontics

• Compensation range from 35000AED to 75000AED per month (additional bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits discussed during the selection of candidate).
• Health System provides a salary range to comply with the UAE Labor. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
• A valid state license to practice orthodontics
• Previous experience in an orthodontic setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of orthodontic treatment methods and appliances
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• A proactive approach to patient care and treatment management
