An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Executive to join Jumeirah Mina Al Salam.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and welcoming experience.
• Process guest payments and billing inquiries, managing cash and credit transactions securely.
• Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist with reservation changes, cancellations, and confirmations in accordance with hotel policies.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally, using a solutions‑oriented approach and escalating when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience through effective upselling.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum two years’ experience in hospitality or guest service‑related work
• High school diploma or general education in Business Administration preferred
• Strong Customer service orientation and ownership
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking is essential); proficiency in additional languages such as Russian, German, French, or Arabic is preferred
