Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans to validate prompt accuracy, hallucination mitigation, and response completeness.
• Automate test scripts for user journeys within the AI tool.
• Ensure platform compliance with internal knowledge governance standards.
• Identify user experience issues and create detailed reports on findings.
