We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with a deep understanding of the real estate market capable of transforming complex information into clear accurate and engaging content. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales marketing and property development teams by preparing and documenting technical guides property presentations market reports and instructional manuals ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit technical documents and real estate marketing content including product brochures client guides and technical data sheets.
• Craft precise and clear content that communicates the technical features and real value of properties in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
