Position: Full Stack Engineer

Job Overview:

Hoxton Wealth Management is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on a variety of projects including CRM systems and other innovative applications. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, self-motivated, and capable of managing projects independently when needed while also collaborating effectively with the team.

This role requires strong expertise in full-stack development, debugging, optimization, and testing with a focus on unit and integration testing to ensure robust and reliable code across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to multiple ongoing projects including CRM systems and other software applications.
2. Build, test, and deploy scalable, maintainable solutions across both frontend and backend.
3. Ensure proper integration and functionality of REST APIs across various systems.
4. Debug and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
5. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.
6. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
7. Manage project codebases using Git, ensuring proper version control and collaboration.
8. Independently manage projects as required, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
9. Balance priorities across multiple projects and deliver tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 4 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer in senior-level roles.
2. Proficiency in Laravel, Node.js, React.js, MySQL, Redis, and Docker.
3. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
4. Proven expertise in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
5. Strong debugging and optimization skills to enhance application performance.
6. Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.
7. At least 2 years of experience building large-scale software applications.
8. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
9. Curiosity about new technologies and a drive to implement them in practical scenarios.
10. An eye for design and experience working closely with UI/UX teams.
11. Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
12. High level of accountability and ownership over assigned tasks and projects.
13. Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
14. Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects effectively.
