Resolv Labs is the team behind USRa delta-neutral stablecoin that combines stability yield and protection from crypto-market volatility.

USR is backed by Ethereum (ETH) and derivatives uses strategic hedging and employs the Resolv Liquidity Pool (RLP) structure which acts as an insurance layer and enables investors to earn yield with managed risk.

The project is already integrated with Hyperliquid supported by Delphi Labs and has shown multi-fold growth in TVL.

Who Were Looking For

Were seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to help build the core infrastructure for the USR stablecoin and the RLP liquidity pool.

What Youll Do

• Design and scale delta-neutral financial infrastructure
• Build systems for automated hedging and risk management
• Integrate price feeds exchange and DeFi data sources
• Develop accounting logic reconciliation and financial transparency
• Build backend systems for the liquidity pool and order management
• Integrate with traditional financial systems and blockchain networks
• Optimize trading strategies and execution logic
• Establish engineering infrastructure and processes for scale

Requirements

• 7 years of backend development experience ideally in financial systems
• Strong proficiency in modern Java or other JVM languages
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• Understanding of financial modeling and risk management
• Solid grasp of architecture code standards CI/CD and testing
• Understanding of blockchain and DeFi primitives
• High level of initiative and ownership
• Startup experience is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with payments or banking systems
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in fintech
• Background in quant finance or algorithmic trading
• Familiarity with cryptography and data protection
• Understanding of exchange systems and order execution
