A recruitment services firm is urgently seeking skilled VRF/VRV Technicians in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of HVAC systems from leading brands such as Daikin and LG. Responsibilities include diagnostics, troubleshooting, and ensuring system efficiency. Attractive salary, accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance are provided with an employment visa.

- Strong knowledge of electronic troubleshooting.

- Perform maintenance diagnostics on VRF/VRV systems.
- Identify and resolve faults using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Replace components and ensure proper system functioning.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

We are urgently seeking skilled VRF/VRV Technicians with a strong background in maintenance and troubleshooting of advanced HVAC systems. Candidates must have hands‑on experience with leading brands such as Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, Samsung, DVM or similar VRF/VRV systems.
- Perform regular maintenance diagnostics and troubleshooting of VRF/VRV systems.
- Identify faults using advanced diagnostic tools and resolve issues efficiently.
- Replace components including indoor and outdoor units, compressors, PCB boards, sensors and other critical parts.
- Ensure proper system functioning through regular inspections and performance checks.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and control schematics.
- Coordinate with supervisors and report system issues and completed work.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all maintenance activities.
- Proven experience in maintenance of Daikin LG Mitsubishi Samsung DVM or equivalent VRF/VRV systems.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and electronic troubleshooting.
- Capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant technical certifications or diploma in HVAC or Mechanical preferred.
