- Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
- Monitor actual performance against forecasts and analyze variances.
- Financial Analysis
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
- Business Partnering
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Assist in scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for business cases.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audit processes with relevant documentation.
- Maintain data integrity across financial systems and tools.
- Master / bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Preferred qualified accountant)
- 3+ years in FP&A, finance, or accounting, with at least 2 years in analytical roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and communication skills
