Job Responsibilities- Execute assignments received from the Workshop Supervisor safely and efficiently.
- Obtain necessary information and training about new assignments, machines, equipment, and materials before start-up.
- Keep the work area tidy and clean at all times.
- Contribute to workshop development and be a team player.
- Interact professionally with customers and HMH personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain communication for resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintain tools and test equipment, ensuring proper calibration.
- Perform all work according to HMH and client safety policies.
- Document all services and actions on service and time tickets.
- Stay updated on Product and Safety Bulletins.
- Follow HMH Lifecycle Services procedures and guidelines for all work.
- Support company objectives and ensure compliance with HSSE policies.
- Align activities with HMH Visions and Values.
Required QualificationsEducation: High school diploma/GED plus four years of experience.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience repairing Oil Drilling Equipment, with previous work on Catwalks and Iron Roughnecks.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to read schematic and mechanical layout drawings; work in extreme environmental conditions; understand mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; diagnose and solve problems; communicate effectively in English; work independently and in teams; handle multiple tasks under pressure; be organized, ethical, and culturally aware.
