Job description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CCTV installation, cabling, access control systems, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining surveillance and security systems, ensuring high standards of quality and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control, and time attendance systems.
• Perform structured cabling (Cat6 and fiber optic) — including cable pulling, termination, and testing on patch panels and modular jacks.
• Install and integrate magnetic locks, biometric devices, intercoms, and intrusion detection systems.
• Support installation and maintenance of LAN networks and low-current systems.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with project execution, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Skills

• Proven experience in CCTV and ELV system installation.
• Strong knowledge of Cat6 and fiber optic cable work (pulling, termination & testing).
• Hands-on experience with access control systems, magnetic locks, and time attendance setups.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
• Basic understanding of networking and IP-based surveillance systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in field or outdoor environments.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for an in-person interview.
