Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mobile phones by explaining features, specifications, and benefits.
• Achieve sales targets through effective product demonstrations and upselling accessories.
• Stay updated on the latest mobile models, brands, technologies, and market trends.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing after‑sales support.
• Maintain store display & stock, ensuring all devices, accessories, and price tags are organized.
• Process sales transactions accurately and comply with company policies, including KYC (if applicable).
