Job summary

Education
We are seeking a Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will have experience in security and safety management, with the ability to lead a team of guards.
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Salary: 1100 AED/month
- Contract: Permanent
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in security management or a related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in security management
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
- Ability to plan and manage security operations across multiple sites
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Willingness to work irregular hours as required
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's security strategies and operations across multiple sites
- Ensure staff adherence to security policies and procedures
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV and access control
- Manage and supervise security guards at various sites
- Investigate onsite incidents
- Provide security reports to senior management
