Security Manager Vacancy in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of security management principles and practices. We are open to considering foreign nationals for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security of the company’s premises and personnel. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring security strategies and systems, as well as managing all security resources.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop security policies and procedures, and manage their implementation
  2. Oversee the installation of access control systems and other physical security measures (e.g., surveillance cameras)
  3. Monitor the activities of personnel and visitors on company premises
  4. Respond to emergencies or security incidents in a timely manner
  5. Prepare detailed reports on all incidents or suspicious activities
  6. Supervise staff performance to ensure proper enforcement of regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Security Manager or similar role
  • Solid understanding of security principles (e.g., access control, risk management)
  • Working knowledge of safety protocols, laws, and guidelines
  • Hands-on experience with safety equipment (e.g., CCTV cameras)
  • Ability to use computer software for report writing, data analysis, etc.
