• Have comprehensive knowledge of all food & beverage menus, wine lists, and other products, and advise guests accordingly.
• Control and coordinate service to maximize customer satisfaction by anticipating and responding positively to guest requests.
• Ensure guests are not only well-fed but also happy and contented.
• Maintain accurate accounts and ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Assist in drawing up budgets and monitor orders with a business-minded approach.
• Serve as a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for external concept partners.
• Support colleagues with a friendly attitude during busy times and adapt to sudden changes in plans.

Qualifications:

• Management experience in a similar role and fluency in English.
• Ability to inspire staff and guests, and communicate with charm, even in tricky situations.
• Passion for good food and drinks, and interest in discovering new concepts.
• Proactive and honest about mistakes.
