A leading digital solutions provider in Dubai seeks a Social Media Manager to manage client social media pages and enhance their public image. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have 12 years of experience in a similar post. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. The role involves actively engaging with users, ensuring efficient communication, and achieving key performance indicators. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

  • Bachelors degree in mass communication public relations journalism or any relevant field.
  • 12 years experience in similar post.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (reading writing and speaking);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent problem solving and conflict handling skills; Computer literacy (MS Office tools)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage clients social media pages including responding to fans, moderating pages and proactively engaging with users.
  • Actively work on enhancing clients public image through its social media platforms.
  • Act as a focal point to ensure communication between the client and their customers are managed efficiently.
  • Perform other activities based on clients needs and requirements like listening monitoring or proactive engagement.
  • Make sure the KPIs agreed with the client are achieved.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of social media platforms.
  • Responsible for achieving high quality results with only general supervision.
  • Effectively communicate the companys mission.
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned by direct manager.
