Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to coordinate and oversee operations at work sites. The ideal candidate will manage project execution while supervising teams of skilled workers. Proven experience in construction and a minimum of three years in the UAE is essential. This full-time role offers a salary of up to AED 5000 per month along with accommodation, transportation, and other benefits.

- Excellent knowledge of industry operations, techniques, equipment, tools, and materials.

We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.
- Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
- Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and Other Site Workers
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment’s, cost estimates & evaluations
- Ability to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprints
- Site supervision & fit out execution
- Liaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project
- Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services / general maintenance works
- Minimum 3 years of UAE / GCC experience
- Excellent knowledge of industry, construction operations, techniques, equipment’s, tools & materials
- Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task
- Having a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE
- Engineer or diploma in Civil / Skilled trade.
Salary: Up to AED 5000 / - per month plus Accommodation, Transportation, Visa & Insurance
Language Preferred: Excellent communication skill in Malayalam / Urdu / Hindi, English & Arabic will be advantage
