Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for maintaining all refrigeration and airconditioning equipment and installations in good working condition by carrying out necessary repairs routine and preventive maintenance as well as general maintenance.
• Monitor and control property temperature and air quality.
• Assemble install test repair and maintain pipe assemblies electrical systems or electronic wiring fittings valves to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Youll also diagnose malfunctioning HVACR systems components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Maintain engineering area clean and in an orderly manner.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a HVAC Technician but well make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

What youll bring:

• Youll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team. High school diploma or similar qualification. Technical Trade Course Certificate in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanics/HVACR or related.
• Technical training in HVACR/Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing.
• At least 4 years experience in facility management with minimum 1 year in international 5star Hotel luxury brand.
• Minimum 2 years of handson experience in a AC Technician or similar role. PreOpening experience preferred.
• You have a talent for Equipment Maintenance Performing routine maintenance on various MEP systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of materials methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or other structures such as walkways parking lots and guest facilities.
• Experience in repairing HVACR related equipment or systems using the needed tools. Able to read Building Airconditioning Refrigeration and Electrical drawings.
• Analytical & critical thinking skills. Able to gather and organize information using a logical and systematic process.
• Able to work alone with minimum supervision and within a team.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
