We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Project Management Office (PMO) operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   1. Manage the entire lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from initiation to closure.
   2. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
   3. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
   4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
2. Electrical Engineering:
   1. Design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting systems, and control systems.
   2. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
   3. Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess existing electrical infrastructure and identify potential upgrades.
   4. Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
3. PMO Support:
   1. Contribute to the development and implementation of PMO processes and procedures.
   2. Track project performance metrics and generate regular reports.
   3. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
   4. Support the PMO team in various administrative tasks, such as document control and risk management.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. 0-3 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
