A reputable HR consultancy is seeking a Senior Service Engineer in Abu Dhabi to provide outstanding support for Office & Managed Print Services operations. Job Title: SeniorService Engineer - Office Products (MPS)
Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 7,000-9,000 per month.
We are seeking a Technical Service Representative (TSR) to support our Office & Managed Print Services (MPS) operations. The roles primary responsibility is to respond to and resolve 1st Level office product support calls and installation tasks reliably and efficiently.
This position involves working across Enterprise and SMB office environments, handling service requests, escalations, hardware and MPS software installations, as well as proactive maintenance through the CSRC remote monitoring tool. The TSR will also collaborate closely with the Field Support team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. Fully attested degree required (home country + UAE)
- Strong knowledge of computers, networks, colour theory, and relevant software applications.
- Proficiency in using multi-meters, reading and interpreting electrical schematics, and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
- Mandatory: SafeQ, Papercut, and Equitrac PMS certification and support experience.
- Experience with Konica Minolta office products mandatory.
- Excellent customer-facing, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical, logical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a physically active role involving walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving for over 50% of the workday.
- Commitment to safety, especially when working near electrical components.
- Must have aUAE driving license.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by managing calls and resolving issues in line with SLA agreements to ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on office products and large-scale production equipment, including electromechanical and troubleshooting tasks.
- Carry out installations, software updates, retrofits, and utilize remote resolution tools.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for maintenance, inventory management, and service-related concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on policies, procedures, and best practices in equipment repair.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance tasks using remote monitoring tools.
