Responsibilities

• Drive a light vehicle such as a car, van, or truck.
• Follow routes and time schedules; adhere to traffic regulations.
• Collect fares and report delays, accidents, or other traffic problems to the supervisor.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing oil, checking fluid levels, refilling tire pressure, etc.
• Maintain courteousness and caution at all times while driving; keep the vehicle clean and ensure passengers are treated with respect.
• Remain aware of potential hazards or obstacles that may arise during driving.
