Development Project Manager jobs in Canada

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage multiple largescale projects simultaneously overseeing all aspects of project lifecycle
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports to senior management
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in the UAE
• Mentor and develop junior project team members
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of 15years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera)
• Excellent budget management and financial forecasting skills
• Demonstrated experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with UAE business practices and regulations is highly desirable
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
