Job summary
A prominent hospitality firm in the UAE is seeking a qualified Legal Manager to oversee legal aspects and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel to management, draft contracts, and implement effective risk management techniques. Candidates should have a strong background in corporate law and excellent communication skills. A BSc in Law or a J.D. is required, while an MA or BSc in Business Administration is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment.
- Excellent understanding of corporate law and procedures.
