• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or information technology
• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of statistical software packages (e.g., R/Python)
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required
• Experience with relational databases is a plus
