Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in formwork engineering and statics.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of 3D software is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English.

Accountabilities:
- Manage multiple projects and engineering teams, including Junior PT and PT.
- Provide strong leadership, promote knowledge sharing, and facilitate engineering training and development for the project team.
- Analyze structural drawings provided by clients.
- Implement formwork solutions for both basic and complex project requirements, considering standards, safety, time efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design formwork for special applications and structures.
- Create customer presentations for project-specific applications and solutions.
- Propose economical and technically optimal solutions.
- Conduct static calculations and structural analysis.
- Produce material lists, offers, and shop drawings.
- Assist Sales Engineers with site visits, meetings, and client presentations.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings, material lists, and calculations.
- Coordinate with clients on technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other departments involved in projects.
- Consider material availability during the design process.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Technical or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and formwork design; knowledge of 3D software like Revit and Inventor is advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in formwork engineering and statics.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented with attention to detail and economic awareness.
- Ability to work independently, managing projects and stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and decision-making.
- Willingness to learn and improve skills.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Understanding of business models and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of logistics and contract management.
